
The support tool below is a program that allows our technicians to see your screen, and remotely control your computer once you start it. This tool does not install itself on your computer, and in no way modifies the registry. You may delete it once the support session is completed.
ConnecTalk is now using TeamViewer as a new remote support tool. You may be requested to download the TeamViewer QuickSupport tool and provide the identification code to a technician for support.
